Our Story
Where It All Began
Choudrey Cinematics was founded by Samiya Choudrey with a single belief: that every love story, every family, and every milestone deserves to be preserved with artistry and care.
What began as a passion for capturing genuine human connection has grown into one of Birmingham's most trusted photography studios. Over eight years and more than two hundred sessions, we have had the privilege of documenting weddings, portraits, and events for families across the Midlands and beyond.
We are not just photographers — we are storytellers. Every image we create is crafted with intention, patience, and a deep respect for the moments we are trusted to capture.

Founder & Lead Photographer
Samiya is the heart and creative vision behind Choudrey Cinematics. With a background in fine art and over eight years of professional photography experience, she brings a painterly eye and a warm, unhurried approach to every session. She specialises in weddings, portraits, and events — and has a particular gift for putting even the most camera-shy clients completely at ease.
